EXHALEX means exhale & relax. You might have observed that all relaxation processes like laughter, crying, yawning and sigh of relief are connected to exhalation. It helps to release all fears, stress and tensions from the body and mind. EXHALEX is a quick recharge method for highly stressed people. You can do it in just 10 minutes even while sitting in your office chair. In this, we focus our mind on a particular part of the body and deliberately relax the muscles of that part while exhaling. In this process both inhalation and exhalation are prolonged and slow.

Grounding dance is a technique used in laughter clubs after a laughter session and meditation. As Laughter Yoga is a very powerful and dynamic workout, it moves the energy throughout your body and opens up the deep layers of the sub-conscious mind. This may lead to the release of all negative emotions and pent-up feelings.

We have created new music files combining singing and laughing, which can be practiced with school children as well as in Laughter Clubs composed by Pintu Mallick - Laughter University's Music Teacher.

Dance is like dynamic meditation provided there are no specific steps of dancing. It should be a kind of an expression of your emotions and feelings through the movements of your body. You should not bother as to how you are dancing; just dance the way you want and move your body with the music naturally.
