The dancing steps are taken from Bollywood films. They are very simple and anybody can do it.

How to Learn Laughter Yoga Dance:
Step 1: Watch introduction to Laughter Yoga followed by full-length laughter dance video several times, so that you can remember the different music beats, rhythms and melodies.
Step 2: Start practicing different steps of Laughter Yoga Dance, one by one, by watching the Training Video and practicing along with it.
Step 3: Watch all two parts of practice video, one by one, on your TV screen and dance along with it.
Step 4: You can play full- length practice video and dance along with it and keep on practicing until you remember all the steps.
Step 5: Once you have memorized all the steps, you can dance with audio files only, either in parts or full-length.
Important: If you have the facility of a projector, it is better to play the videos on the screen and the group can follow the steps by watching it.
Laughter Yoga dance is like any other aerobic exercise and you should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this program to determine if it is right for your needs. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising, you should stop immediately and seek medical advice.
- This is the first level of Laughter Yoga Dance, which is very basic and easy. We are coming with two more levels, depending upon your stamina and physical endurance.
- We are also in the process of creating special Laughter Yoga dance for school children of different age groups and seniors who can dance and laugh, seated on chairs.
